Let us show you how using off-site construction can condense your building time, eliminate subcontractors, lessen the impact on the neighborhood and environment, and save up to 15-20% on waste. We can typically build your home, so you can put it on the market, or have you living in comfort in approximately 120 days.
Our Homes are designed to meet or exceed the HUD (Housing & Urban Development Code) or IRC (International Residential Building Code). HUD homes are the most economically affordable houses starting around $50 per square foot. They do not meet the "stick built" standard that IRC homes do, but are built under rigorous federal government guidelines insuring that you get a top quality house at a very affordable price. IRC homes start at around $70 per square foot, and appraise gain value exaclty as a stick built home. Our homes also meet Colorado’s new stringent energy codes that were enforced July of 2005. Our homes also offer the wonderful option of conforming to E-Star and Built Green Programs.
