Don has always been involved in multiple facets of the real estate and mortgage industry, with companies and interests ranging across the Midwest in a 10 state area. With extensive experience in lending and acquisition in the banking industry and award winning development of Colorado Subdivisions, he brings a well rounded knowledge of what it takes to get a project from start to finish in an efficient, timely and affordable manner. For the past 12 years Don has developed the specialists, work force and local contacts possible to successfully bring manufactured housing and now off site construction to a high level of satisfaction and beauty. Whether developing a subdivision or helping an individual buyer to create or develop their dream home Don is always able to bring a project into completion with a skill that is hard to find anywhere else.

Rick has worked in all areas of the off site building industry starting in 1989 as a line worker for Schult Homes. He fully understands what goes into making an off site home and how the little things really do matter. He has been trained in all areas of construction bringing a knowledge of the industry that simply can't be beat. Moving on to Operations Manager in 1991 Rick further developed his industry expertise by coordinating all home deliveries, set ups, final touches and customer walk throughs.  Rick knows what it takes to make a house into a home, having coordinated all finish and service work orders for hundreds of homes. With the experience and drive that Rick is noted for, he moved on to be a top salesman. Next he managed one of the most successful Sales and Marketing teams as Sales Manager for one of the worlds largest home builders.   Rick is a hard working self starter that understands the offsite custom home industry from start to finish and skillfully helps his customers to create their dream homes with clear understanding and insight.

Leanna Fluharty, the office manager, is always willing to answer a question, spend time showing you how to make your dreams come to life, and be a team player in every aspect of your project. Leanna puts her skills to use in many areas of the business from website design, advertising, accounting, customer service, and anything else that comes along, even keeping the office content and happy tummied, with cooking and making killer smoothies.
